Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Current Collections: Items from our current collections are eligible for exchange or return, provided they are still available and not listed as sale items.

Personalized Items: Please note that any items that have been personalized or customized according to customer specifications are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

Non-Eligible Items: Certain items may be designated as non-returnable on the product page. This includes, but is not limited to, items that are custom-made to a specific length, items purchased on sale, and items that have been damaged post-purchase.

Condition of Returned Items: To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, unused condition, complete with all original tags and packaging. Items that do not meet these criteria may be denied a return.

Inspection: Upon receipt, the returned item(s) will undergo a thorough inspection to confirm that they meet our return criteria.
